On-line orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on FabricDivas.com web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Payment and Sales Tax
Presently, Fabric Divas accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Because Fabric Divas operates in Illinois, we are required to collect 6.5% sales tax on orders shipped to an Illinois address. Those who live outside Illinois will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Fabric Divas Web Site, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state. Order Status/My Account
If you’d like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order. Shipping transit times may vary depending on the item shipping method used and destination. Small items are shipped via UPS or FedEx and should be delivered to the specified shipping address within three to five days of the lead time noted.
You may also check your My Account profile for updates on the status of your order. Once an item has been shipped, this information will be reflected in My Account.
International Orders
At this time, Fabric Divas cannot ship items outside the 48 contiguous states.

We understand your concerns regarding privacy and designed this policy as part of our strong commitment to you. Cookies are used on the site to help customers access and track items in their shopping cart. A cookie is sent to the individual to identify them when they return to the site for the purpose of viewing items left in their shopping cart.
When registering as a member of Fabric Divas, we may ask you to provide certain details about yourself. We do this in order to offer you a full range of information, products and services. To register as a member, we will ask you to provide your name, email address and mailing address. We will use this information to notify you of site changes and provide you with valuable offers from Fabric Divas. All newsletters and promotional emails have an "opt-out" feature. When you complete Fabric Divas' member registration process, you agree to all of t he terms herein. Fabric Divas may update these terms and will notify you via our monthly newsletter or a prominent posting on this customer service page. Your continued use of Fabric Divas after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes.
When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, Fabric Divas will contact you before proceeding with your order.
While the Fabric Divas team works diligently to review the safety of all products, Fabric Divas cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, Fabric Divas is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind or very rare, and are therefore subject to prior sale. We have made every effort to identify fiber content, country of origin, or other vital information about the items we offer. Sometimes this is just not possible, but we have described items as best as we can.
Our “Fresh Vintage Boutique” items are of the finest quality, but are still hand crafted, and may therefore contain intrinsic variations.
Fabric Divas Cutting Policy
- Remnants are sold “as is”, with no cuts allowed.
- Minimum purchase on regular goods is ¼ yard.
- Goods are sold in ¼ yard increments.
- If you are ordering pieces and your lengths are critical, please inform us ahead of time with your order.

How to Receive Your Shipment
Fabric Divas takes great care in packaging your items to ensure safe transport to your home or business. Although these items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Take the time to note any damage to your products and to the packing materials on the delivery receipt. Do not sign the shipping documents without recording details of transit damage.
Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must be reported to Fabric Divas at the time of delivery by calling us at 1-866-812-1121. Fabric Divas will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected and documented as described above.
Returns/Exchanges
Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final. All sales on fabrics and trims are final. Sales on items from our fresh vintage boutique are final.
Fabric Divas strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you ma y return it for an exchange, or store credit only. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item.

Cancellations
Fabric Divas works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (within 3 business days of placing your order) at 1-866-812-1121 and we will do our best to cancel your order.
